Namy ("the Service," "we," or "us") is developed and operated by an independent developer. We value your privacy and are built on the principle of keeping your data on your device whenever possible. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.

1. Core Principle: Your Contact Data Stays on Your Device

Namy is a tool that helps you remember your relationships. The contact data you create (name, nickname, phone, email, LINE ID, company, job title, characteristics, interests, notes, meeting records, etc.) is stored only on your device. It is not automatically uploaded to our servers, nor stored in our backend database.

Your contact data leaves your device only in the following cases, all initiated by you:

• AI processing (see Section 3): When you use voice input, business card recognition, or topic suggestion features, relevant content is sent to third-party services for real-time processing.
• iCloud backup: If you choose to back up, your data is stored in your own iCloud account (not our servers).
• CSV export: If you choose to export, the file is kept by you.

2. Data We Collect and Process

2.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device (Not Uploaded)

• Contact database (all fields listed above)
• Avatar and business card photos
• App settings (appearance mode, app lock, reminder settings, etc.)

This data is stored on your device and we cannot access it.

2.2 Data Stored on Our Backend (Supabase)

To provide account, subscription, and rewards features, we store the following on our backend:

• Account identifier: An anonymous user identifier (UUID) that does not contain your name or contact information.
• Nickname: The nickname you set within the app.
• Subscription status: Your plan (free/paid) and related transaction identifiers.
